Tea the Benefits;
Tea contains an abundant source of natural antioxidant compounds including flavenoids. Tea flavenoids are believed to provide protective antioxidant action against harmful free radicals that can cause harm to your cells. At 15% of the weight by dry leaf, tea has one of the highest flavenoids contents of all plants. Ceylon (now Sri Lanka) is renowned for it's high-quality tea. Tea produced in Sri Lanka is stringently checked by the Sri Lakan Tea board before being dispatched.
